Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original, unworn condition for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange.

Goods are returned to O&C Butcher at your own expense and we are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost in transit.

How to Return or Exchange:

There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order telling us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Send the parcel(s) and the returns form to:

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post and remember you will be sending them at your own expense. Always retain a proof of postage.
When we receive your returned item(s) we will email you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
